TAORMINA

There's been a serious influx of outfit inspirations dedicated to welcoming the spring season. All with obvious cause, to which I've been silently admiring from afar. Suffice to say I've become rather enamoured with this particular season now, despite my own anticipation for an arctic like autumn/fall.

I suppose it's the jubilation of colour that we associate with this season, one that speaks to my inner Carrie Bradshaw. The carouse of all things vibrant interweaving with the rebirth of nature and the obvious association with florals. One which seems to become more prominently noted during this time. Then there is of course Pantone's colour of the year, rose quartz and serenity. A colour scheme that most have seemingly embraced, I know I definitely have. Especially upon laying eyes on this incredible Designinverso shoulder bag. A quirky and unexpected take on the classic quilted kind. Oh and of course this coat too, an impeccable pairing and combination of all things springtime and Pantone.

    My feed has been on fire with images of spring inspired looks as well. It usually takes me a minute to switch seasons, style wise that is. So I'm loving up on Pantone's new colors from my lil niche, much as I loooove rose quartz. Serenity, not so much although I have a feeling it'd grow on me really quick. I love that Parosh jacket. The bag and head band are equally cute. The shoes remind me of my So Kates that are very very very uncomfortable. So much so I don't even glance in their direction when I walk in my closet, lol. But great picks.

      I thought the same thing about Serenity but it has grown on me considerably since. That jacket is really something special and the shoes also remind me of a pair I had 10 years ago that were so, so painful to wear. It's probably why I've steered cleared of them and only admired from afar xx

    I know what you mean - I'm loving all the spring pastel inspiration from the northern hemisphere even as we will be gearing up for the cooler weather. On the positive side though Brisbane still has summer temperatures so pastels and light pieces seem fitting, haha!
