FASHION WEEK STREET STYLE: NYFW SPRING/SUMMER 2016

New York fashion week is done and dusted. It felt like it flew right past no? Well onto London we go. Did you have any highlights from the Spring/Summer 2016 collections? Mine was definitely the mix of dainty and sensuousness in Marchesa's endlessly celestial designs. And of course Alexander Wangs 10th anniversary collection (these striped pants are everything) was a sight to behold. On the streets I felt like there was an exciting clash of simplicity versus extreme pigments and prints, relaxed forms and leviathan like stripes. All commingling and integrating with effortless ease. If only the world's populace as a whole could do the very same.

    Fashion Week street style is always so original!

    OMG the woman's boots in the right photo underneath the 'best friends' jacket pic are GORGEOUS. Seriously those are what stood out the most in these photos, I have no clue why lol.

    gawd, these shots always make me want to go shop and play in my closet- all their pairings are so fun and original! I find myself really loving the simpler looks this year- i love the minimalist black maxi with the sneakers, or the easy culottes. So fun!

    It's true baby. The release was done a while ago and I also had no idea that this existed. It was a great way to give me strength to carry on with the blog since the days have been a real hell at all levels.

    Not sure, if I ended up replying to your super thoughtful post that you left on my blog. First, thank you for taking the time to read it and give me your insight. I agree with everything you say. I feel like I reached a point where I just think about what I would love to do and haven't done yet, and what is really stopping me from doing it. I recently started a new project which I hope works out well. I think I am finally starting to do the things I've wanted to do but never started doing. It's never too late, but I'm definitely happy I entered this period of time where I just think a lot about my life.
